Stadler and Critical Software found joint venture Stadler Digital Labs

Stadler and technology company Critical Software have founded the joint venture Stadler Digital Labs (STADL), in which Stadler holds the majority. The joint venture is based in Coimbra, has a branch in Lisbon and started with 100 employees; it is to grow to 300 within three years. STADL provides engineering capacity and delivers end-to-end solutions for rail software, cybersecurity and digital products; it is meant to feed into Stadler's train software, pool knowledge and reduce dependence on external consultants.
