**Kurz:** Was Eurotrack selbst erstellt, ist gemeinfrei (CC0 1.0). Was von Dritten stammt, ist davon ausgenommen und bleibt unter deren Bedingungen.

**In short:** What Eurotrack creates itself is dedicated to the public domain (CC0 1.0). Anything that comes from third parties is excluded and stays under their terms.

Soweit an den folgenden Inhalten Rechte bestehen, verzichtet der Betreiber von eurotrack.ai darauf nach [CC0 1.0 Universal](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/deed.de). Sie dürfen ohne Bedingung genutzt, verändert und weitergegeben werden, auch kommerziell. Eine Nennung ist nicht nötig; ein Hinweis auf eurotrack.ai ist willkommen.

- die Auswahl, Struktur und Felder der Einträge in `data/*.json` — **ausser** den unten genannten Feldern und Dateien
- die eigenen Zusammenfassungen (`notes`, `event`, `impact`, `project`, `status` …) und ihre Übersetzungen in `data/i18n/`
- `data/watchlist.json`, `data/industries.json`, `data/summary.json`, die Feeds `feed.xml` / `feed-en.xml` und die daraus erzeugten Seiten unter `/de/…` und `/en/…`

### Ausgenommen

- **Koordinaten** (`lat`, `lon`): ermittelt über Nominatim aus [OpenStreetMap](https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright). © OpenStreetMap-Mitwirkende, verfügbar unter der [Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0](https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/). Wer sie weitergibt, muss OpenStreetMap nennen und die ODbL beachten.
- **Energiedaten** (`data/energy.json`): Eurostat (Weiterverwendung mit Quellenangabe nach der [Eurostat-Richtlinie](https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/help/copyright-notice)) und GIE AGSI+ (nach den Nutzungsbedingungen von Gas Infrastructure Europe). Die Quellen stehen im Energie-Reiter.
- **Zitate** in den Texten gehören ihren Urhebern.
- **Verlinkte Quellen** (`link`): Das sind nur Verweise. Die Inhalte dahinter gehören den jeweiligen Medien und Stellen.
- **Programmcode** (`index.html`, `scripts/`, `functions/`) steht unter der MIT-Lizenz (`LICENSE`).
