Ocean Winds (EDP Renewables/ENGIE) reports full power from its first floating offshore wind farm in France: three 10 MW turbines on semi-submersible floaters, 16 km off the coast. Around 110,000 MWh per year for approx. 50,000 inhabitants; according to the operator built 99 percent with European suppliers.
