Portuguese food group Cerealis (Milaneza, Nacional) is in exclusive talks with investor CVC to buy French pasta maker Panzani, according to ECO. The purchase price is not known; the combined group would have revenue of about €1bn (Panzani €620m, Cerealis €400m), 1,800 employees and an enterprise value of about €1.8bn, led by Pedro Moreira da Silva.
