Dumarey Group, a Belgian powertrain specialist with sites in Italy, has signed an agreement with Renault Group to acquire Alpine Racing SAS and with it the Viry-Châtillon site, and has presented it to employee representatives. About 100 technicians and engineers are to move with the site; consultation with employee representatives is under way and the report gives no price (Il Sole 24 Ore, 22 Oct 2026).
