Mutares has received an irrevocable offer from Quiver for the last-mile platform Stuart (SRT Group), which is headquartered in France and also operates in the UK and Poland. Stuart has about 70 employees and roughly €50m revenue; the price is open and closing is expected in Q4 2026 after employee representatives are informed (Mutares, 26 Oct 2026).
