Novartis opens aseptic manufacturing plant in Ljubljana

Novartis has opened a plant in Ljubljana for the aseptic filling of biological and RNA-based medicines into syringes and vials, and for their packaging. The investment, approved in 2021, will employ more than 300 specialists; the release does not say how many are new, and gives no investment amount (Novartis Slovenia, 2 Jul 2026).
