Steklarna Rogaška considers cutting up to 70 jobs

The crystal glassworks Steklarna Rogaška, part of the Fiskars Group, plans further adjustments because of weak demand that could affect up to 70 employees, including at its Kozje site; earlier the talk was of 40 surplus workers there. Packaging production and security services are to be outsourced, and 29 employment relationships were already ended in February. Final decisions are pending while consultation with social partners continues (Forbes Slovenija citing STA, 30 Sep 2026).
