On 17 July France's competition authority cleared, with remedies (decision 26-DCC-155), the merger of south-western French agricultural cooperatives Euralis and Maïsadour; together they have around 9,000 employees, about €3bn in annual revenue and roughly 40% of French foie-gras production.
