On 27 July 2026 French electronic shelf-label supplier VusionGroup (formerly SES-imagotag) signed an agreement to acquire Spanish retail-media specialist In-Store Media (around €120 million in 2025 revenue), expanding into digital in-store advertising. The deal is to be debt-financed and remains subject to regulatory approval and the usual closing conditions.
