THEON has agreed binding terms with exclusivity with RPL Développement to buy 80% of French stabilised camera system maker MERIO; MERIO is expected to post revenue of more than €15m in 2026, and THEON gives no price (THEON, 4 May 2026). Update (29 October 2026): all approvals have been obtained and completion is imminent (THEON, 29 October 2026).
