The European Chips Joint Undertaking and Pasqal are launching the €50 mn Q-PLANET pilot line to industrialise neutral-atom quantum chips (lasers, atom chips, vapour cells). 28 organisations from 11 EU states are building a pan-European manufacturing base; open design standards are intended to enable a European quantum hardware ecosystem.
