Viant to cut 114 jobs at its Chaumont site

Medical prosthetics maker Viant announced on 16 Sept 2026 the elimination of 114 of the 229 jobs at its Chaumont (Haute-Marne) site. The trigger is the loss of its largest customer, which accounted for around 85 % of revenue and is insourcing the affected production; the customer was not named. The social plan was due to start on 23 Sept 2026, and the specific positions affected had not yet been identified (France 3 Régions, 17 Sept 2026).
