On 31 July 2026 French provident and insurance group CARAC acquired a majority stake in the independent wealth management and advisory firm Cedrus & Partners; the management duo Matthieu Broquère and Sébastien Roca remain on board. The combined group says it serves more than 525,000 members and clients with €43bn in assets under management and advice. CARAC mainly gains expertise in private-market investments (private equity, funds of funds); no purchase price was disclosed.
