Horse Powertrain builds €45m foundry in Valladolid, 150 jobs

Horse Powertrain (the Renault–Geely joint venture) is investing €45m in Valladolid in a 3,500 m² foundry for aluminium cylinder heads using tilt casting, with a capacity of 300,000 units per year (expandable by 20%) and around 150 jobs. The site, with over 60 years of Renault history, is thus positioned as a strategic hub for hybrid powertrain technology.
