Europastry invests €20m in cold store on former Nissan site

The frozen bakery maker Europastry is building a cold store of about 8,900 m² at Barcelona City Hub, the former Nissan plant in the Zona Franca; Europastry and the landowner Goodman share the €20m investment. Operations are due to start in 2027 (in March per El Periódico); no figures on new jobs are given (El Periódico, Expansión, 27 Oct 2026).
