Telefónica España has acquired a 10% stake in OGA, a Seville-based deep-tech company with more than 75 employees that applies AI and mathematical optimisation to logistics, energy, health and defence. The stake comes with a technical and commercial alliance; Telefónica gets no board seat and the price is not disclosed (Expansión, 26 Oct 2026).
