Swedish technology group Hexagon is buying Toronto-based geotechnical software provider Rocscience from TA Associates and its founders and management, at an enterprise value of USD 535m. Rocscience is to join the Radar & Monitoring division, with closing, subject to customary conditions, expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 (Hexagon, press release, 9 Oct 2026).
