Swedish family-owned group Stena AB, owner of Stena Line, has agreed to buy Norwegian ferry operator Color Line from Olav Nils Sunde and family. Color Line is to continue as a separate brand with local management and Norwegian-registered ships; completion needs regulatory approval, and the stock exchange notice gives neither price nor timetable (Color Group via Oslo Børs, 26 Oct 2026).
