BMO Entreprenør plans to acquire all shares in F15 Bergteknik and F15 Anläggning of Bålsta, Sweden, via BMO Fjell. The firms specialise in vibration-free rock splitting, rockfall protection and groundworks for Swedish contractors. Base enterprise value is SEK 38.5m (adjustable by +24/-20m to 2030), with expected 2026 revenue of about SEK 25m and EBIT of about SEK 7m. Closing is planned for Q4 2026 (Endúr ASA via Oslo Børs, 30 October 2026).
