US chemical distributor Univar Solutions has acquired Barcelona-based distributor Interpur Chemicals, expanding its polyurethanes and powder coatings business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Interpur was created in 2020 as a spin-off from Pure Chemicals Ibérica and says it sells into 18 European and 25 countries worldwide. 18 employees transfer to Univar Solutions; no price was disclosed.
