Vivanta closes all dental clinics in Spain

The dental clinic chain Vivanta has closed all its clinics since Monday because it ran out of money after the offer from Donte Group expired on 21 October. The insolvency proceedings are on hold until the European Commission rules on a €40m state rescue aid from 2022; the administrator and owners are preparing an orderly liquidation.
