Moldova's competition council clears Orhei-Vit takeover of Natur Bravo assets

The competition council has approved the acquisition of production assets of the canning company Natur Bravo by Orhei-Vit; Orhei-Vit committed to observing the conditions for three years and to reporting every six months. Among other things it pledged to continue the canning plant's core production in northern Moldova and to maintain its partnership with fruit growers; six fruit-growers' associations had supported the takeover in writing.
