Pfizer to cut 330 jobs at its Catania site

Pfizer is cutting 330 direct jobs at its Catania site, plus around 40 temporary workers. Plans include shutting down production lines (including penicillin) and a gradual withdrawal from the site, which has existed since 1959; the unions have announced strong mobilisation and a strike.
