Contship Italia, in which Eurokai holds about 66.6%, is buying the logistics group Tarros through Sogemar. Tarros has 751 employees, 2,700 customers and 31 ports in 16 countries. The price is in the mid double-digit million euro range, with closing expected in Q4 2026 after regulatory approval (Eurokai ad hoc release, 28.10.2026).
