US private equity firm Accel-KKR is acquiring UK-listed Eleco plc (Elecosoft brand, construction software) for 235 pence per share in cash via special-purpose vehicle Avocet Bidco Limited, valuing the company at approximately £207.6 million (~€240m) on a fully diluted basis.
