Addtech Energy is taking over 100% of UK-based Connectors & Switchgear, which makes high-voltage connections and components for substations and switchgear. It has 42 employees who move with the business and annual sales of about £10m, and joins Allied Insulators; the transfer takes place on the day of the notice and Addtech gives no price (Addtech, release, 22 Oct 2026).
