NxN Data Centers enters Portugal with Évora data centre

The Spanish operator's first site in Portugal (via the new NxN Portugal); it adds to a Madrid data centre due to enter service at the end of October 2026 and a project under construction in Valencia.

Spanish data-centre operator NxN Data Centers announced on 24 September 2026 the purchase of an existing data centre with 1MW of installed capacity in Évora – its first site in Portugal, run through the new company NxN Portugal. It plans to invest up to €100m in Portugal over the next three years; in Spain, a data centre in Madrid is due to start operating at the end of October, and another in Valencia is under construction (Jornal Económico, 24 September 2026; second source: Idealista, 24 September 2026).
