Nabiax starts building €800m data centre in Alcalá de Henares

Up to 100 MW of IT capacity in phases to 2029, mainly for hyperscale, cloud and AI customers; the company expects more than 1,000 direct and indirect jobs.

Spanish data centre operator Nabiax laid the foundation stone for its third data centre in Alcalá de Henares near Madrid (ADC3) on 18.09.2026. The project costs around €800m and is due to grow in stages to as much as 100 MW of IT capacity by 2029, mainly for hyperscale, cloud and AI customers; the figure of more than 1,000 direct and indirect jobs is a company estimate (Idealista, 18.09.2026).
