Spanish energy group Reolum presented four decarbonisation projects to the regional government of Castile and León: biomass, carbon capture, green hydrogen and green e-methanol. Sources put the combined investment at €2.8bn to €2.85bn and direct employment at around 700. The largest individual schemes are La Robla Green (around €850m, some 200 operational jobs), the plant in the Zamora Norte industrial park at Monfarracinos (around €700m) and Villadangos Green (around €500m, due on stream in the second half of 2026). The projects are at different stages; the figures come from the company's announcement and were reported consistently by several regional outlets.
