Norway's Public Property Invest (PPI) is acquiring six social-infrastructure properties totalling around 63,400 sqm from Sweden's SBB — among them a care home in Stockholm, a police station outside Helsinki and a Karlskrona project let to Saab on a ten-year lease; expected annual net operating income on completion is SEK 76 million. The underlying property value is about SEK 1.35 billion (a discount of roughly 3 %), with a net purchase price of some SEK 1.26 billion after deducting outstanding project costs: SBB receives around SEK 250 million in cash and about SEK 1.01 billion in just over 39.4 million newly issued PPI shares, lifting SBB's stake in PPI from about 41 % to 43 %. Completion is subject to resolutions by extraordinary general meetings of both companies and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 (Placera, 21 Sept 2026).
