Czech CE Industries (Jaroslav Strnad) and Auctor Holding (J&T group) have completed the purchase of 49.99% of the Polish port and logistics group OT Logistics via the joint vehicle DD Rail Properties. The investors gain access to Polish Baltic ports (Świnoujście, Gdynia), to be integrated with CE Industries' rail division; the Polish and Czech competition authorities had approved the deal.
