EQT is acquiring Germany-based satellite deployment and launch mission management firm Exolaunch through its EQT X fund; no price or figures were given and closing was expected in Q4 2026 (EQT, 18 June 2026). Update (14 September 2026): the European Commission cleared the deal as case M.12534 (European Commission, Daily News, 14 September 2026).
