Raiffeisenbanks Uzwil and Niederhelfenschwil back merger

Both boards of directors unanimously support the merger. Orientation meetings held in Oberbüren and Zuckenriet. Membership votes at the general meetings planned for February/March 2026. RBRU: 52 employees, CHF 1,338 million total assets, 11,091 cooperative members. RB Niederhelfenschwil: 15 employees, CHF 475 million total assets, 3,222 cooperative members. All sites are retained, all jobs secured. Update (09.04.2026): The merger has been completed. After members approved it in March 2026 (88.6% at Niederhelfenschwil, 93.3% at Regio Uzwil), the takeover of Raiffeisenbank Niederhelfenschwil's assets and liabilities by Raiffeisenbank Regio Uzwil was entered in the commercial register (official publication of the Canton of St Gallen / Federal Commercial Registry Office, 09.04.2026).
