Activeon to acquire Irish leisure group Airtastic

Parc Bidco, the acquisition vehicle of Norwegian leisure operator Activeon, signed the agreement to buy Funky Monkeys Playcentres (Airtastic) on 21 Oct 2026; Airtastic is a multi-activity group with sites in Ireland and Northern Ireland and an adjusted EBITDA of about €5.1m. To part-finance the deal Parc Bidco is exploring a tap issue of up to €24.9m on its bonds (€125m currently outstanding); the filing does not state the purchase price. Combined, the two would have pro forma revenue of €188.7m and adjusted EBITDA of €46.4m (Parc Bidco, stock exchange notice, 21 Oct 2026).
