PartnerTech, a subsidiary of Norway's Fjord Defence Group, is acquiring Swedish precision manufacturer Microprecision for the defence sector, mainly ammunition components; the company had 2025 revenue of SEK 102m. Its 44 employees move with the business and the enterprise value is SEK 23m. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to approvals for the manufacturing permit and foreign investment (Fjord Defence Group, stock exchange notice, 22 Oct 2026).
