Contrary to the narrative of massive AI-related job losses, according to Bloomberg, European banks anticipate a staff increase of around 4% by 2028 — AI productivity gains are so far being translated into growth rather than job cuts ('AI paradox').
Contrasts with forecasts that AI could replace around 200,000 banking jobs worldwide by 2030.
