Litilit builds femtosecond laser factory in Vilnius for about €6m

Lithuanian laser maker Litilit is building an automated femtosecond laser factory in Vilnius on about 4,000 m², with robotic assembly, CNC metalworking and testing lines. Manufacturing is due to start in 2027, initially with about 1,000 lasers a year and a target of up to 3,000 systems; the investment is about €6m and the source gives no staff numbers (Optica Optics & Photonics News, 2 Oct 2026).
