The state Innovation Agency plans to dismiss 55 employees by the beginning of December 2026, including 41 management and organisation analysts and six accountants; according to the employment service the dismissals run from 9 Oct to 9 Dec 2026. The trigger is the new structure under the 2026-2030 strategy, which affects almost all departments and dissolves or merges some of them (tv3.lt citing 15min, 9 Oct 2026).
