Swedavia to cut 95 jobs at its Stockholm headquarters

Sweden's state-owned airport operator Swedavia (owner of Arlanda, around 2,800 staff, SEK 6.8bn revenue in 2025) has given redundancy notice for 95 positions at its head office; counting vacant posts, up to 125 positions will go. The reorganisation starts immediately and is due to be finished by the end of the year; the company wants to cut costs, move decisions closer to operations and strengthen Arlanda as an international hub (Travel News, 24 September 2026; also UNT, 24 September 2026).
