Swiss Post to merge its IT units T2i and Dialog Verwaltungs-Data

Swiss Post is merging two IT subsidiaries as of 1 April 2026. Around 200 employees; the Sierre, Renens and Baldegg sites are retained. No layoffs planned. Focus: digital administrative services for cantons and municipalities. New CEO: Dieter Lüscher (previously Dialog). Swiss Post had acquired Dialog in 2021/2024 and T2i in 2022/2024.
