Three Raiffeisen shareholder banks in the Emmental are examining a combination in November 2025, with a decision scheduled for March 2026. Update (26 May 2026): In the member ballot (deadline 25 March 2026) 89.1% approved the merger agreements and changes to the articles; the technical and administrative combination into Raiffeisenbank Emmental took place on 26 May 2026 (Raiffeisen Unteremmental, https://www.raiffeisen.ch/unteremmental/de/mitgliedschaft/genossenschaft/urabstimmung1.html).
