Reported stage: capacity, cost and completion date are unknown; Seznam already runs more than 13,000 servers.

The Czech Republic's largest internet company, Seznam.cz, owned by businessman Ivo Lukačovič, plans a third data centre of its own on newly bought land near the D11 motorway east of Prague, e15 reports, with the sellers being two logistics and transport firms. The site is to host web services, news portals and AI applications. Seznam runs more than 13,000 servers and has been building its own sites since 2015: the Kokura data centre in Prague's Horní Počernice and, since 2023, Nagoja at Benátky nad Jizerou, together costing around half a billion koruna; a second data hall went live at Benátky this year. There is no official confirmation of the new project (e15.cz, 7 Oct 2026).
