CFL to close travel subsidiary CFL Evasion on 31 March 2026

According to a report of 29 January 2026, the Luxembourg rail group CFL is ending the activities of its travel and tourism subsidiary CFL Evasion on 31 March 2026. It justifies the step by the heavy investment in technology, training and infrastructure that the changing tourism market demands, and by CFL Evasion accounting for less than 3% of rail trips sold and so having drifted away from the core business. Trips already booked will go ahead and pass to Travel Group Luxembourg (networks We love to travel and Emile Weber, 13 agencies each); the five employees affected are being offered new roles within the group.
