Event
The government approves two supplementary agreements on funding the expansion of the Stockholm metro and the Spårväg Syd (Flemingsberg–Skärholmen) as well as a letter of intent on the Östlig förbindelse, a road, bus and rail tunnel under the Saltsjön

After the renegotiation prompted by cost increases, the metro extensions under the 2013 Stockholm negotiations and the first stage of the Spårväg Syd are treated as funded; the letter of intent clarifies the conditions for delivering and financing the tunnel. The report gives no amounts.

Because of cost increases, the government appointed a negotiator in two rounds in 2025 to renegotiate the 2013 Stockholm negotiations and the Stockholm part of the Sweden negotiations. The mandate, concluded on 18 November 2025, produced two supplementary agreements: more funding for the metro projects, and the first stage of the Spårväg Syd (a tram line) will be built between Flemingsberg and Skärholmen; both are now treated as funded. The government also approves a letter of intent on the Östlig förbindelse, a tunnel for road, bus and rail traffic under the Saltsjön between Nacka and Stockholm; the report gives no amounts.
