RSI Europe to invest up to €50m in defence plant near Panevėžys

Lithuanian drone and defence maker RSI Europe has signed a large-scale investment project agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Innovation: up to €50m will go into a new plant for defence systems, including attack and FPV drones, on a site of about 125 ha in Panevėžys district. About 40 new jobs are planned (LRT reports around 50), with construction due to start in early 2027; most output is intended for export (Invest Lithuania, 17.09.2026).
