Searchlight and Fitzroy to acquire Kredinor

SpareBank 1 Gruppen and the Kredinorstiftelsen foundation are selling the Norwegian debt collection and credit management firm Kredinor to a consortium led by Searchlight Capital Partners together with Fitzroy Capital, under a definitive agreement. The sale follows a strategic review of the company. No price was given; completion is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected in January 2027, with the current ownership remaining in place until then (Kredinor, Oslo Børs filing, 7 Oct 2026).
