DigitalBridge, Legal & General and TD Asset Management have agreed to buy VodafoneZiggo's passive mobile tower business and combine it with Belgian tower operator Belgium Tower Partners into an independent platform of more than 6,600 sites. The release names no price; completion is expected in early 2027. Update (12 Oct 2026): the European Commission cleared the acquisition unconditionally under the simplified procedure (TD Asset Management, press release, 23 Sep 2026; European Commission, Daily News, 12 Oct 2026).
