Sunday PropTech is taking over 100% of the Fletcher hotel group from private equity firm Egeria and management. With 170 hotels (130 owned, 40 partner hotels) in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and about 5,800 employees, Fletcher is the largest hotel group in the Netherlands; the release gives neither price nor closing date (Arles I B.V. via Oslo Børs, 26 Oct 2026).
