Assemblin acquires Stockholm electrical firm BT El

Assemblin El is acquiring BT El Per Blom, a Stockholm electrical contractor founded in 1987 with annual sales of about SEK 70m and 28 staff. Based in Västberga, BT El works across the Greater Stockholm area for private and public clients, mainly in healthcare, public transport, construction and property, and manufacturing; its services cover electrical installation, telephone and data networks, and fire and evacuation alarm systems. Johanna Blom, managing director and part-owner of BT El, is staying with the business. Assemblin did not state a price or a completion date (Assemblin, press release, 6 Oct 2026).
